Applied Technology takes D-R's state-of-the-art technology and total solutions capabilities and applies them to all makes and models of installed process reciprocating compressors and integral gas engines. This technology is the same as that used in new equipment D-R designs and builds. It incorporates more than 100 years of experience gained from more than 9,000 installed process reciprocating compressors and 17,000 installed integral gas engines.
Site Audits
Determine the existing condition of any installed unit, along with potential enhancements and recommendations to improve reliability, efficiency and operation.
Field Analysis and Problem Solving
Address specific operational problems. Field data are collected and an inspection is performed, either while the equipment is running or during a shutdown. We use our comprehensive resources to analyze the problem(s) and propose efficient, economical and reliable solutions.
Revamps
Modify a compressor or gas engine by incorporating new or remanufactured components, materials and assemblies to accommodate changes in equipment operating conditions. Examples include changing the capacity through modifications of cylinders and associated gas piping and uprating engines to modern horsepower and speed levels.
Field Installation and Service
Involves all aspects of field labor and supervision to implement our many products and service.
